When will I receive my order? For standard delivery (Free Shipping within the US and USPS Priority) we require 2-7 business days to process your order. We are shipping on schedule. We use this time to quality control your garments, gift wrap them, then throw them a going-away party (special clothing requires a proper send-off.) Please see delivery estimates for different shipping methods below. As soon as we create a shipping label, you will be emailed tracking information.

GIFT WRAP and GIFT RECEIPTS: We gift wrap for free and ONLY include a gift receipt (no prices are shown), even if you don't ask us to! Our unique clothing requires a special introduction. If you would like a gift message to be included, please fill in the appropriate box at checkout. (No charge... we're just cool that way.) *Face masks are the only items we do not gift wrap.
NOTE: USPS Priority provides expected delivery dates, however they do not guarantee delivery dates. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, you will need to pay for UPS or USPS Express. Expedited shipping charges will be applied. Please let us know ASAP if your item needs to be received by a firm date.
FASHION TIP: Unless you want your TwirlyGirl clothing to have holes in it, do not open your package with scissors. Simply tear open the shipping envelope using the hands that your parents gave you.
USPS PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING: Typically USPS Priority delivers packages within 3-4 business days. We use this method for Free Shipping as well. USPS might experience delays in certain areas for processing and delivery. If you want your order to arrive within 1 week, please use UPS options. USPS Priority may experience delays in some areas, this service does not give guaranteed delivery dates.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All expedited orders (including UPS and USPS Express and USPS International) will be shipped the same business day if your order is received before 12pm PST M-F. If you paid for UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, UPS Next Day Air Saver - UPS does not count the ship day as part of that time frame (IE: If your package is being sent UPS 3 Day and it goes out on Wednesday - it will not arrive until Monday). If you’re uncertain which shipping method you should choose, please call us at 888-572-7774.
PREORDER ITEMS: These items will be shipped 2-7 business days after the available ship date. If you ordered other items that are not preorder items, we will send them with your preorder items. We do not split the order. We know you have waited a long time and we so appreciate your patience and understanding. When all the inventory comes in at once we do our best to get everything out ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship via USPS for International orders within 1-5 business days and we fully insure the package even if you didn't ask us to. Delivery times vary. For USPS Priority, they state 6-10 business days. USPS Express states 3-5 business days. We do not control any carrier's delivery times or logistics. NOTE: Please know that we are not responsible for any delays in transit or in customs or additional charges that may apply when your package is received in the country of destination. Shipping costs or additional duty charges will not be refunded by us if packages are delivered late or require extra fees to be received. We suggest you check with your postal service for any questions regarding miscellaneous International shipping costs.
COUPON CODES: If you applied a coupon code and no longer qualify for free shipping, it's because your final order total dropped below our threshold of $150. Don’t feel bad, the discount you received helps with your shipping costs. If you want to add additional items to your order, please contact us immediately so we can make adjustments before your order is shipped. NOTE: Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within the USA.
MISSING/LOST: TwirlyGirl is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen if they have been declared as "delivered" by the carrier. If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please notify the carrier using your tracking number. If this does not produce the desired result, please notify us and we will assist in resolving the issue. In the event a package is lost, we are not responsible for replacing the goods in credit or cash or refunding shipping costs. We will do everything within our power to find out what happened and work with the carrier to help find a resolution. Please know we are not responsible for delays, errors, or mistakes made by the carriers that have been chosen to ship your items. We will file claims on your behalf if necessary. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address additional shipping charges will apply for us to resend the package. This also includes packages that need to be redirected while in transit.
INCORRECT ADDRESS: PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS on your order confirmation. If an address is not correct and needs to be corrected during transit, extra charges will apply for that service. UPS will not notify us to correct an address, they just automatically bill us to avoid delays. We don't want you to have to pay extra, so take the time to make sure it's going to the right place.
We ship from Los Angeles: All shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS and UPS. The cost is based on weight and destination and delivery time requests.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We know that it's tough ordering online. Please make sure you refer to our helpful size charts. You can find them next to the "select size" button on each product page. PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED TO US AND NEED TO BE REDELIVERED: If you've entered an incorrect or undeliverable address there will be additional shipping charges to get the package redelivered. Each carrier has their own fees. Yuck! So please triple check your delivery address so we all can avoid this sticky situation. NOTE: if your package is sent via USPS, sometimes they don't provide detailed shipping information. They only state whether a package was delivered or undeliverable. If it comes back to us, we will correct the address and send it back to you (additional charges apply). In some cases with USPS, packages were claimed to be delivered, but the customer never received the package. We are not responsible for packages that were delivered but not received and we are not obligated to replace those items. If the incorrect address was given, we are not responsible for replacing these goods or shipping costs. But we do our best to help you recover the package by filing a claim on your behalf.
