FREE SHIPPING (over $75) for a limited time: Our offer is for delivery to (1) address only (multiple addresses will incur additional charges). We ship out of Los Angeles, CA within 1 to 5 business days. We use Priority & First Class via USPS as our preferred shipping carrier.  Delivery times vary depending upon the destination. If you prefer to get your package faster, there are expedited options to choose from (these options are not free). We provide a tracking number at the time your label is created. NOTE: Free Shipping applies to orders that meet the $75 minimum total AFTER any coupon codes or discounts have been applied. 

DISCLAIMER: Even though we are confident it will get there, we do need you to be aware of this fact:  USPS Priority service only gives “expected” delivery times, not guarantees. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur with USPS or UPS as we do not control their logistics (we wish we did!)

EXPEDITED: We use UPS or USPS for our expedited shipping. Options will be available to you at checkout. Please indicate WHEN you need your package to arrive in the comments box at checkout. That way we can make sure the method you choose is indeed the best option. If your order is received after 3 pm PST Monday through Friday, it will not be shipped until the next business day.

TIMING: For all Priority, First Class & Ground delivery and FREE SHIPPING options, your item(s) will be sent out within 1-5 business days. Typically your package will arrive within 2-5 business days depending upon your area and delivery method. If you requested EXPEDITED delivery, your item(s) will be sent out the same day (if your order is received before 3 pm PST) or the next business day. Your tracking information will be emailed.  If you ordered a PREORDER item, it will be shipped by the date promised at the time you placed your order.

SHIPPING COSTS: TwirlyGirl is not responsible for refunding shipping costs if the packages are delayed by the carrier or the carrier has lost the package. We will do everything in our power to collect from the carrier in the event the package is lost, but we are not responsible for replacing clothing or costs associated with this issue. If you want to purchase additional insurance above $50, please let us know. Likewise, please check with the carrier of your choice and make sure the package will be delivered when you need it. We also check on delivery times and make those available to you. But if we don't know when you need it, we assume the carrier's delivery times will be acceptable. 

SALES TAX: We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Items that are RECEIVED in CALIFORNIA will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We ship via USPS for International orders. Please select the option you prefer, PRIORITY or EXPRESS. Please know that our website will charge you based on the most you would pay. In many cases, especially to Canada, shipping costs are less than estimated and charged. We will refund you the difference. NOTE: There may be extra charges to receive the package in your Country. You will be responsible for these charges if applicable. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know what those charges might be. We also have no control over how long packages are held in customs. If you requested EXPRESS shipping, your items can be held in customs, which would delay your delivery. We are not responsible for any delayed deliveries or duties charged and shipping costs will not be refunded by us if packages are delivered late or require extra fees to be received. We suggest you check with your local post office for any questions regarding costs and delivery.

GIFT WRAP: We gift wrap all packages for free (even if you don't ask us to!)  If you would like a gift message to be included, please fill in the appropriate box at checkout (no charge... we're just cool that way.)
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We know that it's tough ordering online. Please make sure you refer to our extensive and helpful size charts that are on each product. This will insure you order the right size, saving you time. If you need to return or exchange anything within 30 days, it's easy. You can process a return through your account.  You will be sent information on how to do that. If you requested an exchange, we will send it back to you for free. LOST PACKAGES: TwirlyGirl is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen if they have been declared as "delivered" by the carrier. If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please notify the carrier using your tracking number. If this does not produce the desired result, please notify us and we will assist in resolving the issue. In the event a package is lost, we are not responsible for replacing the goods in credit or cash. We will do everything within our power to find out what happened and work with you as best we can. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. if you've entered an incorrect or undeliverable address there will be additional shipping charges to get the package redelivered (each carrier has it's own fees). Yuck! So please triple check your delivery address so we all can avoid this sticky situation.  Note, if your package is sent via USPS, sometimes they don't provide detailed shipping information.  They only state whether a package was delivered or undeliverable. If it comes back to us, we will correct the address and send it back to you (additional charges apply). In some cases with USPS, packages were claimed to be delivered, but the customer never received the package. We are not responsible for packages that were delivered but not received. If the incorrect address was given, we are not responsible for replacing these goods.
