When will I receive my order?  As we move into the Holiday season, for normal delivery requests, we process orders within 1-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will take another 2-3 days to arrive. Our unique clothing requires a special introduction, so every order comes gift wrapped like candy... for free! As soon as we create a shipping label you will be emailed tracking information. Please know that we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times for various shipping methods below.

NOTE: Please do not open your package with scissors. There's fabric inside!  We usually ship in white padded envelope that will rip open easily without scissors.

REGULAR USPS PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING (over $150):  For orders that qualify for free shipping or regular USPS Priority, your order will go into a queue. It usually takes us 1 to 7 business days to process during this busy holiday season. Once it is ready to go out, we use USPS Priority or First Class as our preferred shipping carrier for Free Shipping. Your order will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA.  Delivery times vary depending upon the destination, but typically it is 2-3 days (including Saturday). If you prefer to get your package faster, we offer expedited options, but they are not free. Once we create your shipping label, we will email you tracking information so you can follow its progress.  NOTE: Free Shipping applies to orders that meet the $150 minimum total AFTER any coupon codes or discounts have been applied. Our offer is for delivery to (1) address only.  Multiple addresses will incur additional charges.  DISCLAIMER: Even though we are confident it will get there within 1-3 days once your order has shipped, we need you to be aware that USPS Priority service gives only “expected” delivery times, not guarantees. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur with USPS or UPS as we do not control their logistics.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We use UPS or USPS Express for expedited shipping. Options will be available to you at checkout. Please indicate WHEN you need your package to arrive in the comments box at checkout. That way we can make sure the method you choose is indeed the best option. If your order is received after 1 pm PST Monday through Friday, it will not be shipped until the next business day.

PREORDER ITEMS: These items will be shipped 1-5 business days after the available ship date. If you ordered other items that are not preorder items, we will send them with your preorder items. We do not split the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We ship via USPS or DHL Express for International orders. NOTE: There may be extra charges to receive the package in your Country. You will be responsible for these charges if applicable. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know what those charges might be. We also have no control over how long packages are held in customs. Even if you requested EXPRESS shipping, your items can be held in customs. We are not responsible for any delayed deliveries or duties charged and shipping costs or additional duty charges will not be refunded by us if packages are delivered late or require extra fees to be received. We suggest you check with your postal service for any questions regarding miscellaneous international shipping costs.

MISSING/LOST/INCORRECT ADDRESS: TwirlyGirl is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen if they have been declared as "delivered" by the carrier. If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please notify the carrier using your tracking number. If this does not produce the desired result, please notify us and we will assist in resolving the issue. In the event a package is lost, we are not responsible for replacing the goods in credit or cash or refunding shipping costs. We will do everything within our power to find out what happened and work with the carrier to help find a resolution. Please know we are not responsible for delays, errors, or mistakes made by the carriers that have been chosen to ship your items. We will file claims on your behalf if necessary.

SALES TAX: We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Items that are RECEIVED in CALIFORNIA will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

GIFT WRAP: We gift wrap all packages for free (even if you don't ask us to!) Our unique clothing requires a special introduction.  If you would like a gift message to be included, please fill in the appropriate box at checkout.   (No charge... we're just cool that way.)
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We know that it's tough ordering online. Please make sure you refer to our helpful size charts.  You can find them next to the pink "add to cart" button on each product page. This will insure you order the right size, saving you time. If you need to return or exchange anything within 30 days, it's easy. You can process a return through your account.  You will be sent information on how to do that.  If you requested an exchange, we will send it back to you for free. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. if you've entered an incorrect or undeliverable address there will be additional shipping charges to get the package redelivered. Each carrier has it's own fees. Yuck! So please triple check your delivery address so we all can avoid this sticky situation.  Note: if your package is sent via USPS, sometimes they don't provide detailed shipping information.  They only state whether a package was delivered or undeliverable. If it comes back to us, we will correct the address and send it back to you (additional charges apply). In some cases with USPS, packages were claimed to be delivered, but the customer never received the package. We are not responsible for packages that were delivered but not received. If the incorrect address was given, we are not responsible for replacing these goods or shipping costs. But we do our best to help you recover the package by filing a claim on your behalf.
