Returns / Exchanges
Our #1 goal is for you to have a great experience with us, no matter what. We realize things may not always work out, so you can order with confidence, knowing we'll always do our best to make it right for you. In order for us to help you quickly, you do need a RA#. You have 3 options for exchanging or returning providing your item(s) have not been worn or washed and have their original tags.
1) STORE CREDIT + $5 BONUS: Receive a store credit for the amount of your return plus a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love in the future.
2) REFUND: Within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus the shipping fee when you use our shipping label. Please let us know if you want us to email you a prepaid label, if not, you will be responsible for getting the items back to us. We suggest getting a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items. Please do NOT require a signature as this will delay the process. During peak holiday seasons IE: Valentines Day, Easter, Passover, Christmas, Chanukah, we will extend the refund window to 45 days.
3) EXCHANGE: We ask that you email us what you want instead so we can set it aside for you. You then send back the return and we provide free shipping back to you (US only). If you know what you want, this is the best option for you. If you don't, then a store credit is the way to go. During peak holiday seasons IE: Valentines Day, Easter, Passover, Christmas, Chanukah, we will extend the exchange window to 45 days.
NOTE: After 30 days you can exchange OR receive a store credit only, no refunds (the $5 bonus for store credit does not apply after 30 days).
