SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Most packages will be sent U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days.) Over 40 oz. shipping is free!!! Please note that there may be additional charges for international shipping, you will be notified before we send your items.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Therefore we want to make any exchanges/returns as easy as possible. As long as the item is unworn and in perfect condition with the tags still attached you may exchange/return the merchandise within 14 days of shipping. The following items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom order items, and personalized items. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to the purchase or return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and to prevent any loss we suggest that you return with tracking. We will credit your credit card or return a check as soon as we receive your return and as long as it meets all the exchange/return requirements.
TO EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Notify us by email at: contact@twirlygirlshop.com or phone at 888-572-7774. We will let you know if there is a difference in price at that time.
2. Wrap package securely with as much of the original packing material as possible.
3. Include your original invoice with name, address, phone number, email address and exchange information or reason for return.
