Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING RATES:
FREE SHIPPING within the US. We typically use USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If another shipping method is preferred, please mention this in the comments box at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, an additional charge will apply, please make a note in the comments box to let us know.NOTE: There will be additional charges for international shipping, you will be notified before we send your items.
We are not responsible for packages that have been lost if they have been declared "delivered" by any of the carriers above. If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please notify us and we will do our best to track it down.
EXCHANGE / RETURN / REPAIR POLICY:
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Therefore we want to make any exchanges/returns as easy as possible. As long as the item is unworn and in perfect condition with the tags still attached you may exchange/return the merchandise within 30 days of shipping. We stand by our line, if at ANYTIME a seam rips or something needs to be fixed, please let us know. NOTE: We do not accept exchanges from outside the United States.
The following items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom order items, and personalized items.
TO EXCHANGE / RETURN / REPAIR AN ITEM:
1. Notify us by email at: contact@twirlygirlshop.com or phone at 888-572-7774. Please let us know the reason for your exchange/return/repair.
2. We will then give you a Return Authorization number (RA): An RA is required for all exchanges/returns/repairs. We will arrange a convenient method of return when you contact us. For all items that need repair or are damaged, TwirlyGirl will pay the shipping costs both ways. Typically, if it's an exchange, the buyer will be responsible for shipping.
3. Wrap package securely with as much of the original packing material as possible. If sending in a paper envelope or box - use a plastic bag to protect the clothing from water. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit.
4. Include your original invoice with name, address, phone number, email address and exchange information or reason for return. If a repair is needed, please indicate what the issue is.
5. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied.
Returns: Once the merchandise is received we will credit your account promptly.
Exchanges: If there is a difference in price we will notify you and send out the requested item/s upon receipt of the mechandise. (we do not accept exchanges from outside the United States)
Repairs: We will fix it in a timely manner (within 1 week of receipt of merchandise).
PLEASE NOTE: Our Original Reversible Twirly Dresses and skirts™ use different fabrics for both sides. Sometimes, due to the weight differences of each fabric, one side may be longer/shorter than the other. This is not a defect and adds an extra style dimension to the dress.
