Twilight Ferris Wheel Dress

The beautiful way a ferris wheel is designed is a work of art - it looks like a giant pinwheel with all these intricate wires making patterns in the sky.  This dress reminded us of that wonderful ride and the way it looks.  A silvery black waistband adds sparkle and contrast to the lovely pinks and grays.
