Sparkly Swirling Dream Dress

A dream to be sure.  She will be shimmering and glowing everywhere she goes.  The purple/silver-grey skirt sparkles and shines (soft and machine washable).
And the vibrant orange combination on the reverse is simply delightful and refreshing!
