Gumdrop Holiday Dress

Turquoise velour, orange, fuchsia and fun tye dye all in one dress - what? Yep, she will brighten up the Fall/Winter months for sure, twirling her away through the cool weather in style.  The back of the dress is a contrasing orange velour.  The green bottom skirt has beautiful flecks of silver foil (very soft, not for baking).
